Great role for a Lead Clinician - Paying up to 70k Great team and benefits and generous paid time off Responsibilities: - Conduct group therapy sessions to address various mental health issues - Assist in coding and data collection for clinical research purposes - Provide crisis management support to patients experiencing acute mental health episodes - Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address specific patient needs - Perform patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans - Utilize dance therapy techniques as a form of therapeutic intervention - Collaborate with social workers and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care - Implement applied behavior analysis strategies to promote positive behavior changes Experience: - Previous experience working in a mental health setting is preferred - Familiarity with coding and data collection procedures for clinical research studies - Proficient in crisis management techniques and de-escalation strategies - Experience conducting individual and group counseling sessions - Knowledge of patient assessment tools and techniques - Familiarity with dance therapy principles and techniques - Understanding of social work practices and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams - Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and strategies
